We provide a written treatment proposal at the same time as the inspection report. Under Indiana Code IC 32-31-8-5, your landlord is required to deliver premises in a habitable condition — a documented active infestation is a habitability issue. Treatment can typically be completed within two to three days, and your move-in proceeds on schedule or with a brief delay.
